BAC- Means Blood Alcohol Content.

NHTSA- Is the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration.

Intoxicated- Means under the influence, drunk, high, or smashed.

Consent- Means permission, approval, blessing, or OK.

Intimate- Means friendly, close, dear, near, or cherished.

Incident- Means an event, occurrence, happing, or episode.

Neglect- Means overlooked, abandon, ignored, forget, or disregarded.

Associated- Means linked, connected, related, allied, or coupled.

Approximately- Means about, around, something like, almost, or more or less.

Suicide- Means killing your self, doing something against owns best interest.

Attributable- Means caused or explained by something.

Excessive- Means too much, extreme, or unnecessary.

Consume- Means to eat, drink, put away, or guzzle.

Enforced- Means to put into effect, implement, impose, or put in force.

Depressant- Means a drug or agent that has the effect of slowing the body’s vital functions.

Slurred- Means garbled, run together, or inaudible.

Gait- Means walk, pace, step or way of walking.

Coma- Means black out, unconsciousness, or loss of consciousness.

Influence- Means sway, control, power, or authority.

Narcotics- a drug, that dulls the senses, habit forming.

Pedalcyclists- Means a foot- operated lever that powers a rider of a bicycle

Frequently- Means often, regularly, repeatedly, or recurrently.

Consequences- Means cost, or penalty.

Attributable- Means caused or explained by something.
